How often should I have my carpet cleaned?

Depending on fibre and traffic, most manufacturers recommend that they should be professionally cleaned every eighteen months.  Allowing soil levels to build up can significantly reduce the life expectancy of any carpet or rug.

What method of cleaning do we use?

What method of cleaning do we use?  We use the hot water extraction system.  All methods have their own merits, but we feel this offers most carpets the deepest clean.

Will re-soiling become a problem?

Modern cleaning solutions, when used correctly, leave little of the sticky residue that can lead to soil build up.  Many of our pre-sprays now allow us to rinse with plain water.

How long will our carpet take to dry?

How long will our carpet take to dry?  There are many factors to consider: humidity, fibre and temperature etc.  2 to 3 hours would be likely.

Does somebody need to be home during the cleaning process?

Does somebody need to be home during the cleaning process?  No, as long as we have access to the property and electricity. 

How far do we travel?

We cover Colchester, Clacton, Brightlingsea, Ardleigh and any town in between.
